Great Idea

My son is flying into Reagan in just over a half hour, so there is no Socotra this morning. I am going to go back to Turkey, or Mexico or something tomorrow, as the mood moves me, but for the moment I am just going to let the holidays wash over me and bask in the accomplishments of my son.

I was up, doing one of the normal things one does in between the coffee and the computer when I had a revelation. I have a solution to one of life's persistent holiday problems. I would reveal it, but I am actually thinking that I might make some serious coin off of it next year if I market it properly. It is something green and subject to recycling.

I am actually quite enamored of it, but if I let you in on it, we would all be doing it and this is a one-time chance to set the market as, forgive me, "a green field" opportunity.

I cannot permit the idea to waft away with the fumes of the discount happy hour Willow white from last night.
