Forsyth Park
We circumnavigated Forsyth Park today, happy to see all the locals, tourists and their pets enjoying the mid 70s sunny slow day in Savannah.
This photo of the park’s fountain was accompanied by the beautiful music of a single trumpet player’s rendition of Ravel’s Boléro and the occasional wafts of fine cigar smoke. Neither of these last two items or their kind had we heard or smelled at the park since 2019.
Let us hope that we face in 2022 no more of 2020’s & 2021’s forms, developments, or modulations as we slowly crescendo back into our better ways.
