Debates

We were at Willow, continuing the countdown and having several debates among us, none of which addressed the potential for any of us to become the eventual Nominee of the end-of-business Party. Mostly they were about where the hell we are going to go when Tracy shuts the doors on the restaurant.

The crowd at the bar continued to swell. Point Loma and company joined us at the bar as part of the Willow Ruins Tour- with Mary and Jim and Peter, Marvin was in civvies on our side of the bar, Frankie and Brett and Heather on the other side dealing our shots of Jamesons, Some people from Liberty Tavern were in to help the sadness-tinged merriment.

Two night left to go, Buffalo Night tomorrow, then the Last Call wake on Saturday, and a last and final visit on Sunday to scoop up the barstools we have planted our ample derrieres on these last eight and a half years.

Then the pool closes on Sunday.

Life is going to be a lot different come Monday. I am pretty sure I can do nothing to stop it and may as well enjoy the ride.

Life also goes on. Keep The Judge and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
