Rambler Rambling
The American Motors Owners Association is holding its annual get together this year in Petersburg, just south of Richmond. They celebrate the cars Dad used to help design in the wild tail-fin era of the 1950s. This is the sort of designs he contributed:
Anyway, this is a year of transitions. Mom, Dad and Sister Ann are gone now, so it is just the two brothers remaining. We are going to take a road trip down I-95 to the Tractor Museum where the event will be held. Brother Mike got some t-shirts emblazoned with Dad’s name, and we will do our best to live up to them.

We may catch some of the Friday events before returning to the hurtling vehicles of Washington’s urban maelstrom. Communication may be disrupted, but it is certain there will be some fun, On The Road- again!
